When my car had broken down, I had immediately thought to take back to the dealership that I had bought the vehicle from as I thought they would know the vehicle better. Tom from Services was cordial and explained the process and progress each time that I had called. Got my car back in working order far sooner than I had thought, and runs like new! I'm so happy with the services I received, and if there's any other problems I'll know who to turn to

CAME IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION, ALSO A TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR WAS NOT WORKING - GOT IT ALL FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EMPLOYEE'S WERE VERY POLITE AND KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF MY VEHICLE

Just but a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali afew weeks ago the front and rear bumper had some scratches and the dealership agreed to fix them. They took the vehicle for a whole week to “fix it” according to them the vehicle was done and ready to go so i get my vehicle mack and find out they didn’t even took the bumpers off to paint them they only masked it and taped the parts. Both bumpers are light on the clear coat and some areas look like overspray. I was asked to give it a 5 star review but i won’t because im not satisfied with the job.. 😒

Wonderful experience with Mosaic. Aaron and Cory were wonderful to work with - they took great care of both the vehicles we had in, ordered parts, made sure to communicate with us, found recalls that hadn't been done on our Tahoe that hadn't been serviced there before and asked if they could do that for us. Great service, quality work, we'll definitely be back.
